The Soft Moon does it so right. "Insides" has been stuck in my head for days, heck, for weeks. The tune is a churning, dark glistening gem that will leave you wanting more (and dancing alone in your room as the drums come hurdling in - or is that just me?). The Soft Moon is a darkwave, post-punk, post-apocalyptic (as their Facebook page states) trio from San Francisco. They were founded in 2009 as a solo project of singer/songwriter Luis Vasquez. "Insides" is a cut off their new LP, Zeroes, out on October 30th (in the US) and November 5th (in Europe) via Captured Tracks. Oh, and it's a free download too! Check it out below!
