Who are 'Ted & Francis?' A Sydney-duo spurning out incredible remixes! A post for them will be up and running soon. As well as one on Calvin Harris (who seems to proliferate throughout the list - and my iPod as well).

Daily Addiction: Fever Ray

The Knife, the Swedish duo headed by brother-sister team Karin Dreijer Andersson and Olaf Dreijer, are a prominent fixture on the electronic music scene with their distinctive shrilly, distorted tones. Currently on hiatus, Karin released a solo project, Fever Ray, in March of 2009. The album garnered positive reviews from the critics, scoring an 8/10 from NME. The first single, "If I Had A Heart," was soon followed by the dreamily dreary, "When I Grow Up." The remix by Dan Lissvik mellows it out. A sure aural pleasure that will resonate with you long after you listen.
